I tried to take my family there for vaccine, on phone the reception said you just walk in 8am to 2pm. When we reached in the morning, reception said doctor will come at 11am, then we booked 5pm on the same day, when we reached, the new reception said we haven't been booked and asked us to come another day. Oh my God, the first time I see such messy management clinic with loose doctor commitment time.

100% wonder why it is there near station for years. Will never come back and recommend to anyone!!

Not a good and reliable service at all. I called them to get a vaccine several times, and they said we would call you after 4:30 p.m. to come. But it never happened.

Worse service ever the lady who sits in the reception has no communication skills at all and is very rude and doesn't know how to communicate with the customer? they must learn communication skills and how to communicate with the client. Not recommend to anyone?

This clinic is the worst one I have been to. The doctor left a chip in my girl friend's wound and after half a year she is still in recovery. If you want the careless doctor mess up with your wound and get affection then this is your choice. Not mention the rude reception lady who didn't care the patient and only want to get off work asap.

A good GP. He does take some time with patients, so it does take some time to get to him. He is always fun to work with and i do go back to him.

no compassion whatsoever. I was bitten by a dog and this is urgent, I know i don’t have booking but try asked for help as no other places around is opening. They say try elsewhere, voice was just cold as ice.
