The process of getting in is very difficult, I received no response for a year from my first referral, then after contacting again and getting a second referral I was able to book in. There are two payment options, one to pay total up front and the other to split the payment, you do save more paying to total upfront.
The appointments are Telehealth, it requires you to be punctual, you do receive the link the day before which was very helpful and allowed me to set up in the morning and be ready for when my appointment were. The practitioners are very kind and easy to talk to, it was a very emotional experience for me, you do need to talk in depth about your childhood and life experiences. I’ve yet to see my gp but I was able to ask my psychiatrist for a copy of the report, it was very in-depth and cathartic to read it all through.
As difficult as it was to get in to I’m glad I persisted.

Initially stressed that it was a telehealth appointment due to the facts that I am a bit older and not used to such methods and have little confidence of navigating such methods. Also I only have my phone to use. However, it turned out very easy to link on to it fortunately. Once on, I found the interview quite comfortable and pleasant. Also, there was no warning up until the reminder 2 days prior that it was a telehealth appointment, this came as a bit of a shock and I was preparing for my journey to Adelaide (2hours away) which I was happy to do, but didn't have to anyway!

Dr Titus Mohan is an incompetent, dismissive and lazy practitioner, whose misdiagnosis’ (plural) and total disregard for my GP’s referrals have cost me years of progress with my mental health journey.

I was misdiagnosed and detrimentally incorrectly medicated twice by this out of touch, misogynistic jobber, who just diagnoses everyone with depression and/or adhd and sends them on their way. His mis medication sent me to the ER multiple times. He has the bedside manner of a brick, ignores any female input even if they are a more observant doctor than he is and gives out Ritalin prescriptions over the phone like they are candy.

His misdiagnosis of ADHD actually left me in an exclusion criteria for care which made it even harder than it already is to get a good doctor. Turns out I am BPD and Bi-Polar 3 after all. I filed an offical complaint. No one cares. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero starts if possible.
