I am extremely frustrated with the constant delays despite booking well in advance. This is the third time I've experienced this issue. While I am very happy with the treatment I receive from Dr. Ragavan, who is an excellent doctor, the waiting times are unacceptable. It is infuriating to wait beyond 15-20 minutes for an appointment. Today, I have been waiting for over half an hour for my 10:30 am appointment, and this is simply not acceptable. As Jimmy Hoffa in The Irishman says, if someone's making you wait for more than 10 minutes, it's saying something.
33 minutes and counting...

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical centre. I informed the staff that I was unable to physically attend due to severe pain and requested to speak with a doctor to obtain a medical certificate for work. Despite this, I was booked in with Dr. Sittampalam Ragavan who, after being informed that I have stage 4 endometriosis and had taken strong painkillers making it unsafe for me to drive, refused to issue a certificate. His response was dismissive and inappropriate — stating, “I’ve never even seen you before, I don’t even know your colour.”

I then drove to the centre in pain, only to be met with further unprofessionalism. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, telling me there was nothing she could do, while a young nurse named Kaylah Natasha Apps, with glasses rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. Their lack of empathy and understanding of chronic illness was shocking and unacceptable.

I have since filed a formal complaint against both the doctor and the nurse with the Health Care Complaints Commission. If either of them would like to respond or clarify their conduct, I’m open to hearing from them — though frankly, I expected far better from healthcare professionals.

I am always impressed by the exceptional care provided by Dr Tambimuttu and her friendly, efficient reception team. I have been a patient of Dr Tambimuttu for well over 25 years. I have always found her to be knowledgeable, empathetic, attentive and most of all she takes the time to address all of my concerns. The reception staff at Homebush are always caring, helpful and professional. They are calm and understanding when assisting me.
I highly recommend

Utterly Rude and Unprofessional and Mannerless Doctor Ranjini Krishnathan. I called to book a Teleconsult, and after much convincing - Which I shouldn't have to, the lady taking calls booked me in with the doctor. The Doctor got pissed at me for "discussing these small things over the phone when she has so many people in the patient queue". If you cannot listen to patients, why do you even have that option? No matter how big or small my concern is, you're being paid by the government to service the public, and that is our tax-paid money, you get your salaries from. She was rude, unprofessional and unethically did not show any compassion for my "small" problem and hung up on me, saying, "You have to come; I cannot help you on the phone". She made me sound stupid for calling her with such a minor thing. I understand you may have more serious issues, but my problem is big to me that is why I called you for professional advice.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at Aiya Medical centre. I called to request to speak to the doctor regarding a phone consultation, but the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They refused to let me speak to the doctor and abruptly hung up on me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where kindness and understanding should be a priority. Very disappointing customer service.

Very rude receptionist named 'Manju'. When I called this morning to get a service, she answered my call but within a few seconds placed me on hold for nearly 90 seconds without fully understanding my request. Upon her return, she didn't even offer an apology and continued with the conversation. This is not a good customer service. Treat your own people with respect. When I asked her to speak with a doctor she refused to transfer me. Great insult to our community!!!
