Having recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea I went to AirLiquide in Southport and was so fortunate to be attended to by Thomas. I rented a machine and over the following four months changed masks numerous times, his patience, experience and kindness was truly appreciated and made the experience a very positive one.

Wow absolutely shocked at what Lindah has written maybe you need to calm down abit love and wait til 2 when they reopen you obviously didn't see anyone in there at 1:58 because they were probably still finishing their lunch!! When it says opens at 2 maybe you should of waited that extra 120 seconds of your life. I cannot imagine Tracey being like that at all!! She is amazing very knowledgeable professional and a great laugh. Thanks for changing my life with your expertise and professionalism. Tracey goes above and beyond for her customers and would recommend to anybody A+++

Please be careful on entry of Air Liquid at Bundall, Tracey the senior worker there is very aggressive and scarily unhinged, she had me in tears and my whole body was shaking with fear as she shouted at me. I arrived for my 2pm appointment a little early as I always do and waited outside as the door was locked and the sign said closed back at 2pm, I sat on the seat outside the massage place and waited, at 1.58pm I went and looked in the window to air liquid and it appeared that no one was there, I wasn’t sure what to do so I knocked on the door , that’s when all hell broke loose, Tracey proceeded to yell at me as it wasn’t yet 2pm , after her yelling I apologised and asked her was she ok as I was concerned at her outburst, she then told me to get out of her shop even though I hadn’t even entered yet she kept yelling GET OUT GET OUT, at this point I started shaking as I really didn’t feel safe, I have never in my life experienced someone so unhinged, it was frightening. I have been a customer here for many years but today was so upsetting and I will never spend another cent or support a business that is so unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
