Rebecca from Canberra Air Liquide took extraordinarily detailed steps to ensure that I selected the right mask for my sleep apnoea. In all I trialled 4 masks over one month, bringing my CPAP machine each week for Rebecca to analyse the results, before settling on an N20 nasal mask.

In all my 27 years of CPAP use, I have never had such wonderful service from sleep professionals. All at no cost or obligation before finally paying for the mask itself.

Absolutely love using my CPAP machine. In a week I was reaking the benefits of a good solid sleep without feeling tired the next morning. Have had a CPAP machine for 11 months and the quality of my sleep has only become better.
Great service from Air Liquide Canberra, especially when I first got my trial machine, which allowed me to try out as many masks as I wanted to see which one best suited me (all included in the trial price).

this company wants my mum to go up to 2 weeks without her portable oxygen so that means she cant leave the houseto go to the drs . the rudeness off the lady on the phone today was absolutely disgraceful.. wouldn't let me speak to a manager and told me to email if I have a complaint.. my mum is a dva client and they will be hearing about this

I cannot recommend Air Liquide Canberra highly enough. I have gone back to trying to manage CPAP therapy after nearly 10 years and thanks to the help of Taylaar staff in the Canberra Office I have been very successful. They couldn't have been more obliging - assisting with trialling different masks, so that I was able to purchase a new one with confidence as well as a new CPAP machine. Taylaar is friendly, relaxed, helpful and patient! A real gem!

I came down to Canberra for the weekend on a short break, and unfortunately while I packed my CPAP machine for the trip I had forgotten the adapter! I visited the Air Liquide office looking to buy a replacement, and Diana was kind enough to lend me a spare adapter she had, and she arranged for me to return the adapter to a Sydney store!

Diana has saved my trip! Awesome!
