I went there today. The previous owner has sold up and moved on. The new manager dealt with my equipment problem personally. I was very impressed with his knowledge, he sorted out the problem quickly, checked out my machine efficiently, no charge. Highly recommended!

Look elsewhere if you need a sleep study test. I have had to deal with the frustration of two failed sleep studies from this place. The first time I hooked up the unit myself, and the unit failed due to a dodgy cable. I only found this out when I returned the unit. The second time, which was tonight, I got them to fit it. I was suprised that they said that they couldn't confirm that it was working after it was fitted as this could only be confirmed after it starts at 9 pm. Once again I have the flashing Orange light, which indicates that the unit isn't working. The unit is in poor condition and seems to be held to together with sticky tape. In case, anyone from the business reads this review, you are welcome to pickup your POS unit from my house, but I am not going to waste my time briningi it back. You have wasted enough of my time already. I am going back to my GP to get a referral somewhere else (which will probably involve significant additional cost). I will be sure to tell him to never refer anyone else to this place.

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. While the employees were great to deal with the owner is one of the rudest persons I have ever come across. Make sure you check any prices for products provided as they are exorbitant compared to competitor prices, and also check your credit card for subsequent charges for any services. I've contacted them multiple times for weekly rental charges for a product returned many weeks ago yet keep on getting charged and unfortunately will now need to go direct to my credit card company to recuperate the fraudulent charges.

I've been dealing with the same few ladies for years, theye always have been helpful and flexible, and when I needed help with pricing the most they were more than accomodating to working with me and now I have a machine of my own I couldn't be happier with.

My appointment was at 4pm, the lady rang at 358pm and told me I was late and had to reschedule even though I was 1 minute away and not even 4pm. So rude, I wouldn’t go back there or recommend anyone
I’ll look elsewhere.
