I would like to help out future costumers who are considering doing business with these guys. If you really wanna be a costumer , think twice.Very unprofessional . Big miss communication between themselves. Seems like they are working for different company the people actually working for the same. Was waiting for my mums electric bed , received a call on a Thursday that the bed is coming on a Friday. I asked again i double checked, should i dismantle the bed that she already has so they can fit the new one. I got the green light, hundred percent cause it’s coming tomorrow. Mind you that my mum is disabled and wont be able to sleep on the couch if i do that if they are late with their delivery. Well i received a call on Friday from a different lady telling me is it alright to drop off the bed on a Tuesday,absolutely a joke. I said no chance where she is gonna sleep and then contacted me the person saying for Friday , saying so sorry we can do Monday now cause there was some miscommunication with the team or something like that and till then if i can put the old bed together, the audacity ,right .But yeah i was asked if i can , politely ‍♂️ Well if it wasn’t purchased from Ndis and we didn’t have to go to all trails again with someone else I would have definitely requested a refund. So i said definitely i cant put the bed together please do your best to bring it at least tomorrow which it was Saturday, so for that night i had to get my mum at my place cause she had no bed to sleep on. Lovely. Then with the other assistive technology she had fall device, eagle lift with the wrong charger inside the box and i am still waiting to be replaced, hopefully tomorrow they told me . Lovely isn’t it. Lets hope so she doesn’t have falls and we wont be needing the device . And i am waiting for few more items and recliner chair so hopefully that goes smooth sailing and we receive that before the holidays.

Perfectly scripted ridged chair from Aidacare, I got TiLite ZRA and have been using Aidacare for a long time since my SCI with zero issues or problems with staff or management, always helpful via phone, email or home visit. Recently got a PAWS front power assist from them and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Ryan, Sam and Hayden.

My mother who had dementia, broke her hip and unfortunately had to go into care, as the care home did not have any comfortable wheelchairs for her use, we purchased her a tilt in space wheelchair to help with keeping her safe and comfortable. Aidacare had no problem quickly taking our $2500,00 for this chair, but that is where anything quick or responsive ended. A plastic part of chair cracked so we reached out as under warranty 30th Nov 2023, Courtney, the customer "care" service admin, asked me to email photos which I did and that they would be In touch, after 4mths I reached out again, as my mum had recently passed and we wanted to rehome the wheelchair, the response was oh hasn't anyone been in touch, so after this i was rung by a Jerome, the equipment "specialist" sales rep, who asked me to resend photos which I did, this was by now the 15th April, by the 29th April still no word so I again emailed to say I was going away for 1monh and would appreciate an update, his reply was he would update as soon as he hears from the service team?‍♀️?‍♀️
So here we are the 11th June and still no call, no email no nothing
My advice to anyone thinking of using this company. DONT. find someone with actual customer care policies in place,and who honour the warrenty you are given and entitled to,and pray like hell you never need any repairs
And please don't leave any unwanted bullcrap reply I don't want to email, ring or deal with your ineptitude

Why would I want to waste my time waiting on a reply in maybe another 4mths, then have to reach out again when nothing happens, do better at your end, maybe actually reply to your customers the first time they contact you not months later, or amend your warranty to say we may get back to if we feel like it, or even better get rid of the staff you have and employ people who actually do their job?‍♀️?‍♀️

My advice stay away from this company. I waited two months to get my part fixed on my chair. The whole time. The part was that Moorebank that came out incorrect after the guy took half a dozen photos another week and a half and I finally fixed it don’t go to Moorebank.

Good range of equipment and easy to access with a good amount of visitor parking. Staff were friendly and I was helped by Ross who did a great job explaining the equipment and responding to my questions. Furthermore, the product ordered was delivered in a timely manner by the Aidacare delivery men who communicated in advance to me when they would be arriving on site
