Can not recommend Jen more highly! If you are thinking about making an appointment this is your sign to do so! My first time visiting a naturopath after being off the Birth Control Pill and having irregular periods. Jen mixed me a tincture and I was blown away by how well it has worked. During my initial consultation I was there for over an hour and even got to do a meditation while she mixed my herbs!! I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in and walked out with so much knowledge about my overall health including helpful recipes to incorporate into my diet. I have since sent Jen my bloods and she has helped me interpret them and make suggestions on what can assist me reach my goal of optimizing my health!

This is the cleanest & tidiest workplace I have ever been to.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jen the naturopath and experiencing her infrared sauna. I swear it was like I was the first person to ever use it! Meticulously clean, even the glass doors were spotless.
Jen was extremely professional, hospitable and accommodating, right down to the beautiful pot of detox tea for 1.
No detail left out here. As soon as you walk in and see those gorgeous colourful seats, you know you're in a space that exudes healing and positivity just like Jen herself.
Looking forward to having a full Naturopathic consultation next time I visit Agnes Water.

I really enjoyed Jens knowledge and recommendations for my son.
