I have been to quite a few GPs, but I must say the care given to me by Dr. Girgis is exceptional. It is obvious that utmost care is given to the patient as a whole, and not just the illness. We were able to work out a management plan that interfered as little as possible with my studies; for that, I am grateful.

The practise is modern-looking and clean, parking is easy and there is a ramp access to the reception area.

I should add that Dr. Girgis is very loving, and I felt better and reassured just conversing with her. 5 stars.

AGIOSTHEOS MEDICAL PRACTICE
Friendly, caring, welcoming practice. We are treated as a patient not a number or a thing. GP is polite, respects your opinion and give you the time you deserve in the consultation. Service that is provided to me and my family is immaculate. Dr Mary and her staff come highly recommend to every individual or families that want a doctor who is extremely thorough.God Bless Dr Mary Girgis.

Dr Mary Girgis comes of as very rude and arrogant, doesn’t listen and caused me many health problems. If she doesn’t like what you are saying to her over the phone, she will hang up in your face. I do not recommend!!!

Very kind Doctor who puts the patient first, and sees you lovingly - a rare quality you won't find in many others. I love how the Doctor treats patients like family members, and I am very satisfied with my experience.

Terrible, absolutely unprofessional, she has zero knowledge and was pretty much guessing all of my symptoms. If you make an appointment, expect to be waiting no less than 2 hours for it.
She closes for weeks on end without notice, the Health Department will be notified.

I called the Blacktown Practice on behalf of another health organisation to confirm some details. Receptionist confirmed that i called the correct number but seemed stunned. Then while I was speaking she says "I have no time, goodbye" and hangs up. Okay ..

I do not recommend Mary Girgis! I tried asking a question about my health which she ignored and hung up in my face. Not professional at all!!
