Fantastic customer service!!

There was a bit of a miscommunication when I was ordering some adaptive knives over the phone, so I was accidentally sent the wrong ones. I called up and spoke with Harry, who apologised and worked to rectify the situation quickly. He will send me the correct knives and a prepaid return satchel for me to return the incorrect knives back. He was very lovely to speak with and very apologetic (I wasn’t upset, I know mistakes can happen!!) and did everything he could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Very happy with my experience 😊

My Experience with This Scooter Business – A Warning to Other Seniors.
At first, Hari seemed kind and patient, and I appreciated that. But when it came to after-sales service, reliability, and professionalism, my experience has been deeply disappointing and distressing.

Despite the business claiming to provide repair services, they failed to follow through. Hari and his assistant attempted to fix the illegal height of my scooter's canopy and ended up damaging it — it later collapsed on my head, sending me for a scan. None of the accessories were properly fitted, and after 14 days of repeated attempts to communicate and multiple missed appointments, I had no choice but to ask for a refund.

Rather than take responsibility, Hari began gaslighting me — even telling my aged care providers that I damaged the parts. I am 78 years old and feel this treatment is not only unfair but deeply unethical. Now, he wants me to pay a $1,450 "restocking fee."

There are further issues:

No warranty documents were provided.

No 12-month roadside assistance, despite this being advertised by the manufacturer.

The scooter was never registered, which is a legal requirement. I cannot register it myself because Hari never provided the necessary paperwork or a receipt. The Transport Department has refused to register the scooter without these details — although registration is free, it is impossible without proper documentation.
Hari presents well at first, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own. I do not recommend this business to anyone, especially seniors. Please be cautious.

Wonderful company to deal with. Harry went over & above to help with our choice of scooter.
