ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely DISGUSTED with the service (or lack of). We called and spoke with the receptionist at 5pm to make an appointment for my 11 month old son who hasn’t eaten in 4 days (yes we already saw his GP for it through the week but based on her advice it should have been getting better by this stage. So we were looking for a way to see an Dr without waiting ant the JHH for hours which would upset our little man even more). We initially thought it to be teething but worried it might be something more sinister now because his mouth looks like it is becoming ulcerated and he is crying in pain. When the ‘so-called’ Dr finally called at 10pm he looked for every avenue as to not come to see our son. Resorting to the “because you have not done a covid test we can not visit” . I explained that he was not sick in that way and does not have flu symptoms, and only coughs when he screams so much that is affects his throat. I stated that he needs to come and see our son. The Dr The was then extremely argumentative and rude, not listening to me at all and terminated the call. I pray other worried mothers jump on here and read these reviews just like I wish I had before I wasted my time putting trust into this disgusting man to ‘care’ for our son.

I came in a panic to see if I could get my children’s immunization records placed into the Australian Immunization Register before the start of school. Nurse Tracy when above and beyond to make this happen. She communicated with me through text and email. I am so grateful for here excellent communication and care.

I have used both the doctor to your door and the after hours walk in clinic provided by this group. Both services were very professional as one would expect. Yet it was the enthusiastic, happy Drs that has made my family want to use it again and again. Our daughter is imuno compromised, autistic and severely epileptic. So taking her anywhere can be dauntingfor he. Now when we tell her we are going to the drs or the doctor is coming here she gets excited. Which says alot about this service as before we used this she was very difficult thanks to these guys and girls.its not just convenient but easy and comfortable.

I tried calling them 10 times at 5:45am, which is within their opening hours for the mobile medic, and got sent to voicemail every time. For context, I was unable to get an appointment at the john hunter gp after hours, and my gp didn't have any appointments available. I only found out about the mobile medic late last night but was so fatigued from being sick that I fell asleep. I think I have tonsillitis, but I suppose I won't be finding that out today.

Called at 4pm, told doctor will come by 7pm latest, it’s 9.30pm now and the appointment is for a 5 y o, I called and cancelled.
I’m sure they’re amazing doctors, but my goodness the wait is ridiculous. Even the operator wasn’t sure when the doctor would come and I can’t keep a child awake any longer.

have used this service many of times over weekends & night time when i couldn’t get my kids into our regular gp. they have always been amazing & quick. the lady on the phone is always helpful & nice. could not fault them

Have used this service before and they have been fantastic. Tonight I rang and the service I was asking for was not something they do. Alicia, the receptionist, was unbelievably helpful in giving be a couple of other services that may be able to help.
