I met Andi during a trip to Gold Coast when I stayed at Blue Heron Motel in Mermaid Beach (her studio is in the same building).
I booked a massage with her and she was extremely helpful and kind in finding availability for me without much notice!
We also had a chat before starting the massage where she was both very kind and professional, sharing her knowledge to give me precious advices to improve my health and overall well-being.
The massage was amazing, so relaxing and just perfect to re-balance my body-mind ♡

I have been suffering from a mild ankle sprain, which occurred after running and have been struggling with pain for more than a week. I found it difficult to walk and painful to move my feet. I decided to visit Andi for a massage therapy yesterday and after her thorough therapy, I could manage to walk home WITHOUT PAIN. She also showed me a great technique that I can practice at home in order to prevent ankle injuries in the future. She is highly educated, experienced and very professional. ONLINE KNEE PROGRAM
I had the beginnings of knee pain and weakness. I would experience both knees at different times in unexpected moments give way. This was very disconcerting and painful. I tried Andi's Online knee program. I practiced 4 times a week for two weeks and noticed at this stage some improvement. After two more weeks practicing 3 times a week my knee weakness and pain was no longer. These past 2 months i have continued every now and then to do the exercises. I found Andi's written instructions to be clear and her video demonstration of each exercise helpful and easy to follow. I would recommend to anyone with knee issues to try these exercises.
