I could not recommended Affinity medical enough! As a local of 22 years I have seen many Doctors in the area and have never felt truly satisfied until making an appointment at this practice!

I have been under the care of Dr. Gill for several years now and I would like to state that his professionalism and expertise are unmatched. He consistently displays a genuine care for my well-being and a commitment to my ongoing health.

One of the things that has always stood out to me about Dr. Gill is his attention to detail. He is thorough in his examinations, leaving no stone unturned in his search for the best course of action. I always feel that I am in capable hands, which greatly alleviated any anxiety I had regarding my health.

the level of organization at Affinity Medical is impeccable. The clinic environment is clean, comforting, and the staff members are always prompt and professional.

For a Medical Service to Advertise walk in. Only to phone and be told that "We are not taking any new Patients, and it would be a 3 week wait for an Appointment". I would advice you to rethink your advertising as it does border on false advertising.
Not even to be given any assistance with an alternative Practice which might be able to help, I feel is a Very Poor Service for a Medical Practitioner.

Finally! a practice that always demonstrates how a GP practice should be run!

The practice, the staff and the doctors are all exceptional with a genuine care for their clients.

As with all doctors in our region there is usually a wait to get an appointment however, unlike the others Affinity Family Medical is worth the wait.

Untrustworthy and Unprofessional.

Initial visits to clinic were met with a lovely doctor in Cannonvale, QLD who was professional and thorough, until she went on annual leave and handed me over to another doctor. This doctor cancelled my appointments twice which was very disappointing as getting appointments here is extremely difficult particularly as I need long term care.
I was treated appaullingly by reception, spoken over, and met with attitude when asking standard, basic questions either on the phone or when visiting the clinic.
After referring a complaint to the office manager about an incident in the clinic by staff it was ignored.
The business manager and office manager failed to provide a process of handling my complaint whilst being aware of it. They have no processes which is shocking for a medical clinic. I received no apology or acknowledgment of my traumatising experience.
The clinic knows how to take your money but when a patient has a negative experience has no processes in place to deal with complaints and doesn't care. You're just a number.

Back to getting Telehealth appointments with my specialist interstate of 20 years. How they can treat patients this way is deeply concerning. Don't bother.... go elsewhere.

Having had a bad experience at another practice I was referred here and blown away by the service.

Excellent COVID procedures (while others seem to think it's no longer a threat), super-clean and fresh, pleasant atmosphere and a great team. An extra bonus is the bulk-billing for age pensioners.
