I cannot recommend this place enough, The kids area is awesome. I love how they conduct the sessions to be engaging and i love how positive all the staff are especially Emily and Nicola (sorry I had to use names because they deserve to be mentioned) they are so caring and compassionate and helped me when i was struggling with my mental health and really seemed to genuinely care about my health. thank you for making my life living with my condition alot easier.?

Beth is an absolute legend. After a year of managing a troubling running injury she got me back to the best I've felt in a long time. She is very good at problem solving and changing the plan if things don't add up. She's direct, explains things extremely well and has her patience's best interest at heart always. She's a runner which is important for me because she understands that I don't want to stop running but she knows where to draw the line and help to make sure I haven't started running sooner then I should! So sad that she's moving, might have to consider moving just to keep her as my physio.
