I had one of their botox technicians abuse me over the phone for having to cancel/reschedule my appointment due to being unsatisfied with a service she provided.

I have had to wait numerous times for this technician in the past, as she was always running late and i never complained.

I have been a long time customer and did not deserve to be treated and spoken to that way when, I have every right to cancel an appointment. I won't be returning.
