This place is outstanding! I went twice a week for about a month and just loved it! Doc Howard is just super-great, friendly, and knowledgeable! You can tell he just loves his patients. His support staff members are beyond supportive! They are all so friendly and helpful! Even the patients are nice and develop a certain degree of comradery.

The office is clean, professional and comfortable. The outside doors can be opened for the handicapped like me electronically with the simple push of a button.There's even a beautiful church across the street to gawk at while waiting (always briefly).

I am really going to miss this place!! 🙂

They have greatest staff from office personnel to nurses and the doctors. I could always joke with them and talk about personnel stuff. Never had to worry about long wait times(even on busy days). They listened when I wanted say something about how my wound and how it would respond to different things we trying. I do believe the facility could use some up dating(that why I only gave them 4 ⭐️)but I think that's out there control and it was always clean. Would highly recommend them!

All staff from walking in the door to exiting were awesome and professional! Dr has the best personality and bedside manner love them! The major problem I have is how dirty/ filthy the office and rooms are, makes me concerned about getting infections etc, hire a better cleaning staff! It should be cleaned daily and disinfected, also smells like cat spray!

The Nursing staff is great. Front end staff are ver rude,The office is very dirty same gum on table for over a month.

My experience was great the facility was very clean the whole staff was very professional nice they make me feel at home I just love the whole staff for some reason my name is showing up as Gilyard that's my daughter name my name is colenthia Williams I highly recommend Lake Wales wound clinic

Staff is kind. Rooms are dirty with holes in the walls. Long wait in the waiting room. No one likes a dirty facility especially when it's a wound care facility.
