I had a faulty Aspect purastat 5 cleanser product . I live on the Gold Coast where i had bought it. I realised in Perth it was faulty I could not pump the liquid out. A few days before i embark on my cruise I called customer service. The manager was in town and came to my hotel to replace it.
Unbelievable! What a service.
I love all their skin care, plus the new Enviristat. On the Go , a 50 plus sun screen is great too.
