Just completed my forklift ticket through AIT, Mark Wilkinson was the instructor. I can not recommend this man highly enough he is hands down the best instructor I have had without a doubt. Mark has a very relaxed style of teaching, he present the information in a manner that is easy to understand and retain. Mark is very patient with his students, he is easy to approach and makes himself readily available to any student requiring extra instruction. I was really impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff and trainers at AIT. They certainly helped me, I have completed a number of certificates through them over the last year. They are very accommodating and genuinely care about their training outcomes. Most definately not one of those ones that cram as many people through as fast as they can, and not overpriced. I recommend this company and will be using them again.
