My family of 4 kids, 90 year old mother and extended family are incredibly grateful for the services provided by this practise for over 10 years and I cannot recommend them more highly.
They listen, thorough in investigation and documentation. Active in following up results. The team from the reception desk up are and asset to our community

I recently visited Dr. Janaki Patel, who not only misdiagnosed me with scabies but was also extremely judgmental throughout the entire consultation. She claimed she’d print me an information sheet, but she didn’t—highlighting her lack of attention to detail. Despite being young, Dr. Patel seems completely out of touch with proper customer interactions and empathy, which made the experience even worse.

To top it off, the clinic hit me with a bill because they’ve apparently switched to “mixed billing.” They vaguely tell you to “call reception for further information,” but to save everyone the hassle: they bill privately unless you’re on Centrelink or a veteran—categories that don’t include most of us.

I’d previously left an amazing review for Belinda because she is an excellent doctor, but sadly, she doesn’t work as often anymore. I’d honestly rather drive to Blacktown than come back here.

I don’t feel like paying the bill they imposed after all this misleading communication, especially for an appointment that misdiagnosed a temporary allergic reaction as an STD. It’s incredibly frustrating. There are plenty of other practices in Windsor—don’t waste your time here.

Reception and nursing staff are always friendly and helpful, whether in person or over the phone. Our doctor (Dr Baheerathan) is always professional and takes an interest in both my son's and my health concerns, and explains issues easily to us in "lay-man's" terms which we truly appreciate. He is indeed a cheerful and kind man. We have no hesitation in recommending the medical services provided at Advance Medical in Windsor to our friends.
