The receptionist kept giving me false information when I asked “how many people ahead of me” the First Lady said 2 people than I asked again another lady said I was next by that time my name still hasn’t been called.

There was only one doctor working and he was so rude and kept talking over me. I was trying to explain why I wanted a change in my prescription but he kept interrupting me and saying it wasn’t his job. Mind you I waited 2 whole hours to see a doctor and he didn’t even give me a chance to talk or explain.

TERRIBLE PRACTICE. Do not walk in or you will keep getting pushed back for people with appointments (what staff said to me after asking why the line infront of me kept getting longer) and not be told anything. Making you wait over 2hrs just to be seen, if you EVER get seen. While I'm in pain and can't take waiting for incompetent and inconsiderate reception staff that don't know common courtesy. Absolutely disgusting. Will NEVER be coming back and will be telling people TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

*reply* my name was not called. That is a blatant lie. I was only told that I kept getting pushed because of people with appointments. Which I wouldn't have been told UNLESS I ASKED. Retrain your staff to have a little more common courtesy. Maybe my name was called after I walked out refusing to wait because of employee negligence.

Absolutely great service, specially from the nurse at the Blood testing area. I had an to get some tests done which needed a blood sample, and right after I had gotten the blood out I was talking to the nurse and I fainted... She reacted super quickly and prevented what could have ended really badly, she held me so that I would not fall to the floor. Outstanding reaction by her. I'm really grateful 🙏🏻 to have gone there and I've got nothing more to say than thank you to that wonderful nurse.

I’ve been seen by Dr. Mahbuna khanom over a dozen times at this medical centre. About a year ago I booked her for a rib cage problem. For the next six months after that she sent me away for all types of scans, and on a digestive detox diet. Following her instructions, nothing fixed the problem. After all the scans came back she didn’t have a diagnosis for the rib cage area problem.infact she didn’t even mention it anymore. Finally I decided to see another doctor whom suggested I see a physiotherapist. I did and that fixed the problem.
The next time I booked an appointment with her she was telling false data when I tried to get a work related medical done.
Then I tried to book in another appointment for another problem and she refused to see me.
What kind of doctor is allowed to practice in this way!

Absolutely bias service. I waited 4 hours to see lady doctor. Receptionist said doctor will decide whom she will see next.

Most useless medical centre!!! Do not go. Do not waste your time. You will not get help, you will not be treated or prescribed. Literally every doctor there is a useless referral provider they do nothing.

As I'm waiting for my appointment a lady in a wheelchair enters & tells the girl at reception her name and she has an appointment, the receptionist can clearly she is in a wheelchair. The receptionist tells her to take a seat & wait to be called. Really ?

The fukin attitude on that front of house staff lady.
"Hey you got a physio here?" "It's a medical centre not a physiotherapy centre"

Mind you, a sign outside says Dr Ali physiotherapy & Pidiatry.

"Is Mr Ali here?"
"No but he is a very good podiatrist also"
