The team at advanced healthcare Dandenong were very good at helping me improve my mobility with my leg while still having high levels of pain. Devyani my pysio helped me learn how to increase my activity of my leg threw exercises. And do it a at a pace that was not going to increase my pain and make it worse for me. They went through a very impressive program that made me understand that with the proper training and slowly increasing activity you can still improve and increase your ability to do more things while maintaining your pain levels. I have 2 very young daughters and a baby son on the way. In my mind I thought with my leg the way that it is I would never be able to play ball or teach them how to ride a bike. But after the knowledge I have obtained from Devyani and Luke I am very hopeful I well be able to be an active father and that means a lot to me. Thank you advance for your guidance and support 😊

From time to times I worked in Holden Spare parts operation for 20+ services then never thought of an injury of work but in few years times my lower back it's getting worse and worsen. Even my both wrists also have an injury while Iam used stable air gun to nailed boxes for side panels after that my wrists it's getting pain. Both lower back & wrists are became chronic pain for few years time. Luckily I got this Health care Advance Program from Back in Movement physicians advices me to joined them to get good result. I did went to this programming for couple months to learned & knowledge of their programs of exercises.

The best Treatment team, from physiotherapist to psychologist.
I had Treatments, before, BUT instead of getting better, I was getting worst.
Peter and his physiotherapy treatment help me understand what was causing the flare ups. Thank you Peter.

I have been attending Advance dandenong for over 12 months and am very happy with the outcome of their support in returning to work after a lower back injury. I completed the pain management program last year and have kept up with the exercises after the program while keeping in contact with my physio, and I have been successful in returning to work and am feeling confident in managing my injury.
