Sally Carroll was very helpful in recommending & finding appropriate small wheels for my vacuum / leaf blower. Ordered mop heads on this company and only half of the order arrived. Called them and told me will be in the next 2 weeks. More than 2 months already nothing arrived. Careful in placing in your order because they put products as available but they don’t have the stocks.

this company gave me regular on line updates when they dispatched the parcel, easy tracking information . Delivered promptly it did take several weeks but it had to be sent to tassie. I was not home! no problem They notified by email and gave me an option, redelivered the next day, nice and early. I would buy from them again should they have a product I require.
