I was told this was the best care in Cootamundra but if this is how the best operates I am appalled.

My father has been here 3 days and in this three days has not had anyone clean his room , has not had his bed changed its only been pulled up and the wait times are too long for staff to arrive I know they are busy but if it was a family member of theirs wouldn't they want better ,he still has his mental faculties intact just can't see or walk by himself I am just disappointed that our elderly are treated this way if I could take him home I would.

I was surprised by great all the was giving my mother , staff try very hard to keep all the elderly as comfortable as possible.

A lovely little retirement village, nice units near to hospital, not far to shops. Very nice.
