Ruberu spent half my appointment taking multiple extended phone calls and ignoring me. He would not listen to me, or the reason why I was attending, and appeared to be mocking me about having to use a walking stick, for example. So I didn't even get to talk about what I was attending for because he was obsessed with a pathology report that is six years old and irrelevant. Good communication is a foundation of good medicine. In my opinion I was witnessing a stunning lack of critical thinking skills, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

What a con job!! Couldn't even understand the office staff as they couldn't even speak English. Then in the world of affordable medical treatment (I'm a pensioner) I was told there would be a $335 fee! Then I come to find out Dr Ravi isn't a Endocrinologist at all he is a general practitioner? I think this is a case of my GP doing his friend's a favour and trying to convince unsuspecting patients that there seeing a specialist and there not! In my opinion this in my mind (I'm no specialist) equates to medical fraud.

Very disappointed in the level of care and professionalism of Dr Ruberu for my elderly mother. We had 3 appointments and the first one was satisfactory and we thought we had a plan going forward. However in our later appointments he had no notes on my mother as apparently his notes are typed up overseas and we had to recount everything to him as they had not been typed, so he had no idea what we had discussed in previous appointments. GP also hadn’t received anything on his findings with our Mothers care.

Dr Ruberu is an incredibly competent, extremely caring and highly knowledgeable Doctor. I have been ill for a year with an unknown illness and had seen multiple Doctors who told me I was clinically fine despite having devastating symptoms and being mostly bedridden. I was then referred to Dr Ruberu, who correctly diagnosed me and we now have a plan for recovery. He is a fantastic listener and explains everything clearly. A very well spoken and empowering man, I feel very well taken care of and able to handle my health challenges in his exceedingly capable hands. Thank you for giving me my life and some hope back.

After suffering with ulcerated legs for about 4 years and despite attending hospitals and numerous specialists and doctors, I was fortunate to be referred to Amy, an expert in wound care from "Adelaide Physicians and Surgeons" at Kent Town. After about 12 weeks of treatment I have been cured. I can recommend Amy as a most competent and caring nurse. I also found all the office staff friendly and most willing to make my weekly visits as pleasant as possible.

DO NOT GO HERE if you have any other options.

Who knows what the doctors are like, but the receptionists are horrible, mean, and ableist- if you ever set up an appointment over the phone here, make sure they send you the information in writing over email right after or even call to confirm closer to the appointment.

Otherwise they'll try to gaslight you and blame you for not understanding their misinformation, and belittle you after you've taken time off work just to go to your appointment they booked at a different place and time with no patient consultation.
Good admin staff are important, and this place does not have it.

The receptionist laughed at us, and tried to imply we were too poor to go here after lying about the cost over the phone- do not go here if you have ANY other options.
