Overall a very positive and streamlined service by staff on 22nd May at midday - well done team. From the warm welcome at reception by a lovely lady, to the prompt & friendly service received by both technicians for my MRI and X-ray, I am very appreciative.
They were considerate of both comfort and pain level; and provided faultless service.

Needed an ultrasound and cortisone injection in relation to a finger injury.
Never been here before but ultimately very happy.
Friendly reception and medical staff.
In and out in about 40 minutes.
Ultrasound and cortisone injection completed professionally and best of all entire procedure was bulk billed.

BE WARNED. Adelaide MRI probably has the worst reputation among specialists, which unfortunately I found out after the fact. They ended up costing SIGNIFICANTLY more than the reputable places you would normally attend for an MRI despite their claims. The specialist and I have wasted an enormous amount of time following up to obtain reports and scan results that were not attended to, not forwarded, as they were asked, and is normal practice. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST MY HEALTH TO THESE PEOPLE. Shockingly disappointed.

If you want your reports done urgently this is not the company to use, the process is difficult, we advised twice at the appointment that the follow up appointment was for the following day, we phoned 2 hours prior to our appointment and was assured again it would be sent. We are now sitting in a waiting room waiting for the report, wasting everyone’s time, over one hour waiting and several phone calls. Should have gone to a more professional radiology company, cheaper isn’t always the best. Apparently Adelaide MRI images aren’t as good as some other radiology companies, very disappointing. When a patient is unwell this is the last thing they need, in pain and 1.5 hours of waiting plus pain medication wearing off, extra costs in street parking and now having to drive home in peak hour traffic. Will not be using or will recommend Adelaide MRI again.

Very disappointed - went there over 2 weeks ago for an urgent breast scan and paid $300 out of pocket. Went back to my Gp today to discuss the results and you haven’t even sent them to him so that was a waste of my time and my GP- you were very adamant about making sure you got your $300 gap as it was mentioned about 4 times- how about you pull your finger out and actually send the results - now I have to make ANOTHER gp appointment to discuss results that should have been there in the first place. Also your premises were quite squalid , very dirty and the toilets and bathrooms were dirty and unkept

I am used to going in my first pregnancy i had my all ultrasound and scan with them that was good experience but this time I had visited them two three times but not good experience. I just had my 12 weeks scan on 6 th of December. And I feel very bad experience. The man who was doing my scan he was very unprofessional. I had asked him how much my baby hart beat and he answered me why you asking.. and i was 🙄🙄 it is my baby my body so why not

The scientist was asking pt to change positions in a fast pace not suitable for aged patients in pain, just to consider slowing the pace not to make them fell stressed and push themselves ending up in extra pain

Highly recommended - needed an ultrasound-guided cortisone injection after receiving diagnostic ultrasound scans at another private radiology clinic (who charged hundreds in out-of-pocket fees) before finding Adelaide MRI and booking in my follow-up appointments there. Arrived at 3:55pm for a 4:00pm appointment, and was finished and back in my car by 4:20pm... and the technician performing my ultrasound explained things in much more detail than the other place. Best of all, this was bulk-billed, so my out of pocket expenses were zilch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when the place was quite busy.
