This company is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating! I called numerous places looking for a same-day appointment, and this was the only one that could accommodate me—and the best part is they bulk bill!

I had two appointments, one day apart, at both their Torrensville and Payneham locations, and both experiences were fantastic. The staff were lovely, and the service was great. Highly recommend.

The staff at Payneham Rd are all ***EXCEPTIONAL***... especially the lovely Nadine (radiographer), who showed such genuine sensitivity and kindness during my MRI. She was a true sweetheart—attentive, reassuring, and incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. As someone who suffers claustrophobia and anxiety, I deeply appreciated her understanding and care. Despite the pain I was in, she was careful and thoughtful, even helping me stand up after the procedure. After lying supine for 15-20 minutes, I was in a lot of pain, and Nadine’s efforts truly warmed my heart and impressed me.

Additionally, after my daughter lost her ring inside the locker outside the MRI room, Nadine, along with a passing colleague (another beautiful soul), made every effort to retrieve it. They turned the locker inside out to help us, which was incredibly considerate. I was so impressed!

... and today, I had the pleasure of speaking with another exceptional team member, Sophie, who went above and beyond with her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion when I called to request my scan results be emailed to me. Her care melted my heart, and I was deeply grateful for her help.

When medical staff are as polite, kind, and compassionate as this team, it makes a PROFOUND difference, particularly for patients who are anxious and unwell. Their empathy, professionalism, and dedication truly stand out.

KUDOS to the person who had the skill, foresight and intelligence to know how beneficial it is to a company's goodwill to hire such amazing young professionals—I am extremely grateful!

(... almost forgot... I called around to get pricing on a lower lumbar MRI. I was shocked by the massive price difference. Quotes from Benson's and Jones Radiology far exceeded $600, while Adelaide MRI was only $200! The disparity is staggering! Again... kudos to Adelaide MRI, for having such high, ethical standards... not only in hiring exceptional staff who lessen patient suffering, but also for providing an affordable service ... THANK YOU!!!

Would never use Adelaide MRI East again. Needed to have MRI urgently and this was only place to book me in next day. Friendly staff at reception but trying to get results was a nightmare. Flinders Urology Dept. never got results or my Oncologist. Luckily Oncologist staff chased Adelaide MRI down to get results who passed on to my Urologist.

I had been referred else where initially, however time poor I needed an on day appointment and found Adelaide MRI East on my fourth call around from google listings. They genuinely bulk bill, no hidden fees. The phone service was efficient and friendly, I was seen too timely, and the medical staff are beyond AMAZING. I was sent my report in time to give to my physio and able to go back for additional treatment on the same referral. It was easy, no back and fourth, no mucking around - cannot recommend enough.

Great experience! The ladies at the front desk were nice and efficient. After the MRI they got me in straight away to get a X-ray and ultrasound that wasn’t booked previously to ensure nothing was missed!! All the staff go above and beyond, thankyou!

The owner feigns empathy but in reality is disingenuous, dismissive and to put it simply, disappointing. After a family member's experience here I would not recommend anyone attend this service, nor pay for what is the worst service in Adelaide. Beware - scans have 72+ hour reporting timeframes versus every other public and private provider having 24 hours max. Go elsewhere

Thank you to Prof Roger Davies for making my very feared experience of a epidural injection one of the easiest and pain free procedures of my life. What a wonderful warm manner and put me at ease immediately. Highly recommend.
