I saw an older Dr after my old Dr recommended. I had to remind him which blood test we were doing and he consistently wrote wrong scripts. No beside manner and completely unprofessional. I wonder if this older Dr even stays updated on new medical research? The practice is very busy but drs like these should show some empathy when dealing with people’s health and lives. This Dr seems to be the only one you can regularly see so very easy to get an appointment but when you do he is arriving to his office 10 minutes late with his packed lunch box. Disgraceful treatment of vulnerable people.

I had a horrible experience coming here. I was an existing patient and when I arrived, the woman at the reception asked for the country of birth, I don’t know why that would matter. I don’t see a point even for statistical purposes.
They don’t Bulk bill on the weekend (which I was not told until the morning of my appointment via a text) and they charge for not showing up apparently!!
The lady at the reception was quite rude and didn’t care to answer my genuine queries. I was considering to nominate this place as my default GP but not doing that anymore.

I have been a patient at this surgery and another operated by Dr Vinci. I have always been treated with respect by the doctors, allied health professionals and the reception staff. Always. I’m very respectful and understanding and where I was waiting a very long time the staff apologised profusely Ava Dr Ara bulk billed me. Dr Ara is a wonderful Dr with a very keen interest in my health and has an excellent demeanour and sense of humour. Highly recommended this practice.

Managed to get in booking 4 days before. Using hotdoc app. Works great on that end, lots of doctors and waiting room has room and food nearby.
Whomever designed the carpark clearly only rides a scooter, stupid tight, no-one can park correctly very hard to get elderly people in and out of the car.

William Brooks showed no empathy and complete disregard of mental illness. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Luckily was able to find a much better practice. Strongly don't recommend.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Ashrafi at Adelaide Medical Solutions, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Instead of focusing on my health concerns, Dr. Ashrafi made inappropriate comments that felt racially insensitive and dismissive. His attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, making it challenging to discuss my medical issues openly.

I expected a healthcare provider who would prioritize my well-being, but this encounter left me feeling disrespected and unheard. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a respectful and supportive medical environment.

Multiple times I have booked appointments and always left waiting, last time in April 2023 with Dr Mathew and waited for more than 1h if not 1.30. Very disappointed to waste my time to just be told the doctor is busy. Busy for more than 1 h with 1 patient? Ridiculous. I need a follow up now after my last appointment with him and the clinic being open has transferred calls to a home doctor. Seriously. At least you can take calls since you don’t seem to care much about the people paying to your bad service. I won’t be going there anymore. I had enough. You deserve no stars

Horrible experience. Text on the day of the appointment that no bulk billing is available on weekends. Could have had time to book elsewhere. Also the front office lady is so rude.
