I have been under the care and direction of Nahomie Finn at the Beerwah Gym for the last 8 or 9 weeks and can only say she is the best instructor I have had the privilege of exercising with.
Nahomie has a unique ability that allows her to convey instructions that achieve the maximum benefit from the program she has set out for me.
I appreciate her patience and respect of the condition I have. ( three major spinal surgeries) Nothing is too much trouble and I am amazed in the ways Nahomie can alter my exercises should the need arise in the endeavour to increase my mobility.
I have no qualms in recommending this young lady to anyone as a rehabilitation instructor. Thanks Nahomie you’ve certainly earned your keep working with this old codger
