This physic ward is so bad. My friend was staying there for a short stay and Helen and Genevieve are very unprofessional and broke many health care laws. Helen not only made my friend feel unsafe and with held her religious bible. Not allowing her to contact or see her father. Genevieve unlocked the shower while my friend was in their naked and ran in with a needle and threw her on the bed. My friend is now struggling with so much trauma from this place it’s ridiculous. A place where people are meant to feel safe and cared for. Not making them feeling scared, uncomfortable and invalidating their patients feelings. Where is the compassion
