Very impressed. I went to visit Sandra at Acumend for acupuncture due to discomfort I had been experiencing in my lower back and hip for almost two weeks. Although my issues were very slowly improving, after one session of acupuncture the next day I am absolutely discomfort free. Sandra is kind, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work which is evident from the first appointment. I never thought I would be a person that would find benefits from acupuncture but I take all that back. Sandra is truly gifted and has helped my health journey immensely. Sandra cares about every aspect or your internal and external health, and through her practices you really start to achieve synchronisation within your body very quickly, well at least for me it has been great. I have been going to Acumend and particularly the wonderful Holly, for about 8 months for regular remedial massages. I was referred to her by a friend and although sceptical about having long standing shoulder problems resolved, realised after the first massage that the pain had lessened and after the second appointment had gone completely. I told Holly today she should have wings - she’s an angel, a magician with her hands. I have been so impressed with how I feel after each treatment - so much looser and can move so much better. This clinic offers a very clean and comfortable atmosphere for customers. Hollee is a professional and knowledgeable massage therapist. She is amazing at trigger points and stretching techniques to relieve chronic aching. My sore neck and shoulders had a big improvement after remedial massage treatments.
