Hubby and I have been going to Active Physio for over 15 years. Being treated by Trevor enabled hubby to keep working until he was ready to retire instead of being forced into early retirement. I have been treated by both Trevor and Andrea over the years for various problems and have always received great results. I'd recommend everyone to go there if they're looking for great physios.

I found this to be a horrible experience wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. The physio lady I had, I found to be very rude and snappy, and she pretty well mocked me for not knowing how to do somethings. Sorry but no thats unacceptable to me. Do better.

Was not particularly happy, the Dr was great; however, the receptionist wrote the wrong date on my card. The appt card stated that the appt was for the week after, not this particular day.
I was planning on cancelling anywho as my circumstances have changed. But when I received a confirmation text 10min before closing the day before the appt that I thought was not until the week after-I called soon after opening the next day to cancel.
I explained the incorrect date had been written on my appt card to the receptionist, to wish she showed no signs of apologising and stated a $40 fee was in place due to a short notice of cancellation.
I understand the appts fill quickly; but when it is not my fault that I did not know the appt was on this day, I really do not see how it ia fair for myself to pay the fee. $40 is a fair amount of money to myself.
To be honest, this lack of care from the staff has deterred me from ever going there again, which is a shame, because the Dr really was lovely and helped me a lot even just in my first visit.
I did not argue, as enough is happening at the moment and I did not feel like any fuss being made, so I paid the fee that afternoon, apologised to the staff for causing trouble, assured them that I would never usually miss an appt. In return? I got no apology. No sympathy. I understand we all make mistakes, so I was not upset that my appt card was written incorrectly, and was polite at all times. But I do wish they did the correct thing and at least tried to help me out, and take responsibility for what happened.
Sorry for the long winded review. But I have nothing but good to say about the Drs, but do wish the staff had a bit more care factor. And this is not me being rude, I just feel the need to be honest about my experience.
