My Family has been visiting Active Medical Caroline Springs for quite some time now. We really like this place, especially very pleased and happy with Dr, Shamama Khurram. She has been looking after our entire family, especially my wife. Have had really pleasant experiences with her. Professionally sound, experienced and above all very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get access to a good family GP.

I tried to contact the clinic two days in a row and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience with the same receptionist named LEATA each time. Rather than offering any advice or assistance, she was consistently rude and hung up on me in a disrespectful manner. It's disappointing to receive this kind of treatment when trying to access healthcare services. What's the point of having someone in that role if they aren't there to help or provide support? Professional and respectful communication is essential, especially in a healthcare setting, and I hope this issue will be addressed to improve the experience for future patients.

Not really satisfied with the nurse who did the flu shot to me and my kids. 1st she told me that she will do the clinical notes first before doing the treatment. Then wore the gloves without sanitizing or washing her hands. Then did not sterilize the injection site with cotton and alcohol, she just straight away did the jab.Lastly, did not change gloves in between me and my kids after injection. On the otherhand, everything was quick. Just the infection control is sub-standard.

First time visiting this clinic and it was fantastic! Dr Leila Loni was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and provide me with the referrals required to get a thorough diagnosis. All the new patient paperwork and check in was done easily online via the hotdoc app. I was also seen at my designated appointment time and didn't have to wait.
