In this age of covid you would think calling the day before the appointment to let them know the client has cold and flu symptoms they would have the compassion to rearrange the appointment.
Nope $220 late cancellation fee and to quote their email here.
" Any further appointments cannot be honoured until this balance is paid."
For a health care practioner this isn't good enough.

Reece is really approachable, calm, friendly and has great energy during his sessions at Active Health Psychology. The type of therapy that Reece offers is so different compared to anything else in Townsville. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a psychologist in Townsville or Ingham.
