I had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Pamela. I floated out of there. I feel so skinny. My tummy is so depuffed and flat so it really works. Pamela made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She definitely knows what she's doing. I also got a welcome pack from the clinic including a massage ball and voucher for their recovery room. It was a really nice experience.

ACTIVE BALANCE RECOVERY
My partner and I used the recovery room with much relief, and to our surprise the Infared Sauna with Normatec compression recovery boots were a great combination for relaxing the whole body and muscle soreness.
The area was kept clean and tidy.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable for a 1hr session.
We will definitely be going back for more recovery sessions.

Saw Tom for a myotherapy session as I had a really sore back and neck, and he worked wonders. Clinic was really nice, reception friendly and on time, and Tom was professional and fixed my pain with massage, needling and cupping. I’ll definitely be back for another session! Thank you!

Attended a Myotherapy session with Tom this week. Highly recommend attending if you are suffering ongoing pain that you've not been able to gain relief elsewhere. Tom was able to alleviate pain in my shoulders and traps that have given me grief for a long time. He was thorough in his assessment in order to deliver treatment to the right areas. Very up front that I was going to be sore but, oh the sweet relief. Thanks Tom. It's been a looong time since I have felt this normal. So appreciate your help. Dont hesitate to give Tom a call. You won't regret it. Don't put up with your pain any longer. I'll definitely be back.

Found the clinic on instagram, at the beginning I was skeptic due to the fact that I couldn’t understand much what myotherapy was but I was willing to take whatever to get my lower back pain away.
Got in love at the first talk, great customer service at the front desk and Tom just saved my Christmas.
