I have appreciated the friendly,personalised, and positive approach by Hany. Hany has tailored my Exercise Physio program prescription, to help with my mobility and chronic pain and helped me through some significant flare-ups over the last year. A very thorough, meticulous and friendly clinician, thanks heaps Hany,, will travel to Sydney from Canberra every time I need help with my issues and there are few of them unfortunately but he’s been so motivational and helpful that feels I’ll be back to my normal self sooner then expected.. highly recommended!!!!

Exercise for everyone!
What I love about Activate Clinic is how inclusive it is. The Exercise Physiologists are able to come up with an exercise program for anyone- whether they have an illness, injury or disability, or whether they just want to improve their health and fitness. It's a supportive and encouraging environment to give exercise a go.

I came in to address a sports injury, having been referred by a friend. The clinic director and Physio were very professional during the consultation, asking a lot of questions and really trying to figure out what the problem was. Plantar fasciitis was the diagnosis, and they gave me some very direct instructions to get me back on track. 2 weeks later, an 8 week nuisance has cleared up significantly. I highly recommend Activate if you're looking for people who know what they're doing in a relaxed, no pressure environment.
