My recovery journey at Action Physiotherapy couldn't have been better. I had great results both in strength and mobility.
I enrolled in their GetBack 12-week program after a bulging disc diagnose on the lumbar spine; their tailored program helped me gaining strength not only to alleviate my lumbar spine issues but it was also targeted on my cervical spine that has been a source of inflammatory pain for several years. And not anymore now.

I have been visiting Action Physiotherapy for more than 10 years with chronic backpain and many other ailments. Regina is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and will usually fit you in if you are in pain.
Regina delivers the old school style of Physio of heat, laser and massage. I come out of there feeling relaxed and always better.
