Come here for sausage factory-style treatment. While the intake process was smooth and efficient, Dr Ting made a premature, effectively baseless diagnosis and was not forthcoming in explaining the sleep study process or associated sleep conditions/disorders and treatments. Not sure why I had to spend $340 on top of a dentist's recommendation and doctor's referral just for him to green light a sleep study, the outcome of which seemed (to him) like a foregone conclusion. Will seek individualised treatment elsewhere.

Utter waste of time and money. Just to tell me what I already knew and to sell you CPAP machines. Did not help me at all. Not even a follow up sleep study to confirm that I really did have sleep apnea. He also said in 2-10 years I might have to get a cpap machine and the condition will get worse.

After years of ignoring symptoms I finally saw Dr Ting about always being tired. Falling asleep at work, in waiting rooms, whole driving (don't worry I would always pull over and power nap. But having a 30 min power nap on a 25 min drive home was crazy). The final straw was about to be falling asleep on my electric unicycle.

Did a sleep test and he advised I had sleep apnea. I got a machine and immediately had the best night sleep of my entire life.

Had it 4 months now and use it all night every single night. If you get a machine DO NOT use part time. Complete waste of time, money and ultimately, your health.

I am now a happy non tired person. I have never felt more energy and look forward to living longer and awake!

Couldn't be happier, super friendly. They got me in straight away. Fixed problems I thought were normal but 100% wernt, turns out I just had sleep apnea for the majority of my life. Regret not seeing them sooner

Wow, I can’t believe what a difference a sleep apnea machine would make. Being able to do a sleep test at home made the whole experience simple. Now I sleep at night and don’t nod off during the day!
