I went in for a flu study and vaccination and was promised $200. The card they gave me was no good and they kept promising they would update and activate my card. They never did. This place is a scam. Stay far away. I'm driving there now and will confront those in charge. Stay tuned!

On 10/9/2024 I was offer to come in for a reaserch study and I will be compensated for my time I will be getting $ 100 today. I did all the paperwork not once did anybody say to me you don't qualify today, nobody told me that I have to be under a certain weight for this study. As I went back to the back room for blood pressure weight. I was told at that time that my weight was too much for the test. but I won't be getting no compensation for my time so I was lied to

This place Is a straight scam, I qualified for the study went and took the shots they gave me a compensation card that does not, I can not get a hold them I have left several messages regarding my $300 and no call back nothing. Im bout to call the better business bureau I'm about to write there donors and I'm a sue them. Do not go to acclaim

Don't waste your time coming for the vaccine study, they're gonna disqualified you for any reason and send you back home without any compensation after waiting 3-4 hours for nothing. They are a scam and they can sell your personal information.

They ghosted me part way through study, no explanation, no phone call, no email. They would not return my call after I left message. They didn't pay me for last two clinicals or the first half of my onboarding to the amount of $375 owed. Not very professional.

I wish I could give no stars. This company lies for no reason, they make you jump through all this hoops and tell you that you qualify and then ghost you for a month and then say the study is on hold.

Went in for mono shot, they took a blood sample, got a $50 visa card for compensation. However, upon trying to activate the card they told me the card issuer has yet to provide information so I can activate it. Will update when I hear back from Acclaim

Edit: They were able to solve the activation issue.

This was a joke! They contacted me a couple months ago and told me that they were recruiting for a study of vaccination combination for flu and covid. Before the date came. They contacted me back and canceled saying they would call me back to reschedule. The study did not go through. They did call me back and before they could finish the call they said they just got word again. The study did not go through. This should have been my first clue. However, I stuck it out and they called me again. This time they set up an appointment with me. I just went in. The hallway was completely backed up with patience and I had a 3:00 p.m. Appointment. All of them in front of me said they have been signed in and waiting 2 to 3 hours. I decided to get to the window to find out what was going on. By the time I got there they told me that it was a 2 to 3 hour wait and today was the last day for the study. Both myself and another woman behind me decided we were not in the right place and we were going to leave. On the way out to our cars. She told me that she called and rescheduled to today. Her original appointment was tomorrow. So obviously this isn't the last day of sign up. This place is a joke and looking at all these reviews it's apparent to me. I should have reviewed it before I even went. This was a waste of my time, energy and gas. Not going to make this mistake again.
