If you go with this company you will wish you were never born. If there was a heaven that is hell. They don't deserve one star they are all about your money and don't care about you. Self-centred nastiness is all you will get.

The help and support my daughter has received since being in the care of the AYS team has been second to none.

As a new family to the scheme we had no idea how to navigate our way forward.

Lisa really listened to our situation and ensured my daughter got exactly what she needed.

The facilitator’s are all amazing really taking the time to help and support the participant!

I would happily recommend anyone to AYS

Thank you Marnie at Access Your Supports for your outstanding support helping manage our child's NDIS finances. Your guidance navigating the complexities of the NDIS, and your attention to detail has been faultless...you are the reason we have continued using AYS for Plan Management.

Staff were nice and friendly WHILE going there. HOWEVER, we moved far away. While ending our child's sessions with them, they provided no supporting information, no file/information was ever offered, no records of file notes or anything (just session notes already sent). No transition was done to closing my daughters service and file. Actually they told us, we will help you with anything you need during the move but then closed the case as quick as they could meaning anything we required while transitioning between them to our new service, they just said oh we closed your file and cannot help you. Always handballing anything even important information to NDIS. Extremelly disappointed in their poor management. They just checked the close file box and that's it. Very poor. I am considering lodging a formal complaint. We even needed information from them for our new NDIS assessment (which they were aware of the NDIS plan review coming up as soon as we moved), unlike their promise to help us with whatever we needed during and directly after our relocation, they didn't do. We lost funding because our new providers had not been able to see our child yet but Access Your Supports, said no, we can't help with your review because your case is closed. Empty promises. They wouldn't even support us by stepping in knowing we had a NDIS plan review just after we moved and would provide no support whatsoever with the plan after seeing our child for over one year. Luckily, I am very diligent with my records and have every email and text from them on file. I would not recommend.

I’ve never been impressed with how this organisation treats employees, but even more so with how they approach autistic adults who are not part of their “Treehouse Family.” We did manage to find a lovely OT there, but she’s no longer working at this service. I haven’t asked why.

Since we are no longer actively attached to any AYS service, I felt it important to speak up as an adult autistic in Geelong. There is no inclusion in their youth group. It’s “closed” to people who subscribe to their dogma. They do not have adult autistic consultants but imagine themselves across all aspects of autism, often more than the autistic parents of their own children.

Many autistic adults in our local community feel this way. Queue the condescending response from AYS. It’s a shame they care more about their public profile than actual people.

I used to highly recommend AYS.

I can’t say I do anymore.

Truly disappointed with plan management to say the least.

We have been through enough.
I am completely exhausted having to thoroughly explain every purchase we make with fine detail.

I might add that with every purchase I make/want to make, I check the self management guide questions of ‘can I buy this’, and I can tick all boxes of reasonable and necessary.

I’m going to self manage from now on.

After my son and I having had a few issues with psychologist. I decided to look into the people i see personally. After talking to my friends father who's writing a study on psychologist with mental health issues I am reccomending that all who see one do the same. Statistically most people who study this profession actually suffer from these conditions themselves (very concerning). colour blind pilots legally cannot fly plane's. Drunk driving is illegal. How can unstable people help unstable people?

For someone who is bipolar, suffers anxiety and or other extremely serious mental health conditions. To then go to university believing they are best person suited to manipulate other peoples emotions, decisions and give logical and rational understanding to people just like themselves is clearly not thinking about the well-being of others (some psychologist even receive regular sessions themselves) which i believe is the case this time. These are conditions that are unpredictable, happen at anytime and the person has no control over their emotions and actions at the time. They are risking the lives of others so increase their own self worth.

The lady my son and I zoom called (she will remain unnamed) was so nice and lovely but even I could clearly assume something was a bit 'off'.. after seeing her Facebook and instagram I was in shock at how obvious and extreme her bipolar she is. This would be fine but it's so clear its not under control and how dominant it is in her life and choices. She is quiet young but her bipolar runs rampant over what she says online, what she does online and in her personal life AND ITS VERY CLEAR!

My biggest concern is for children and people with young kids. This person is trying to reassure and help my son when she's more unstable than him and greatly struggles with her own mental health! How can you fix someone else when you are struggling more than them?. I mean how is this even legal? Anti depressants are some of the strongest drugs ever created. They change a person's thinking, decision making, logical and rational thinking. All it takes is for her to forget it in the morning or drink the night before making it less effective and she's heavily influenced by her bipolar emotions. (I assume/hope she's medicated) if my son was to experience her bipolar running rampant, or even saw her social media accounts it would undo all the work we have done and leave him very very vaunerable. I have had to remove my son from your practice as I fear for his saftey. Before you hire someone with severe bipolar you need to think if the horrible things she will experinece and how it will effect her down the road. I hope that she's able to get the help she needs.

How was her mental health over looked during hiring? I'm sure she is very intelligent and is a lovely lady. But your dealing with people's lives not their shoes.
