The receptionists are wonderful here, however I won't be going back due to the new doctor, Dr Gleeson. He would have to be the most unprofessional, unethical, uneducated, arrogant G.P I have ever encountered in 50yrs. It saddens me that people's health are entrusted to this doctor.

This medical practice is amazing. The reception & medical staff are lovely. I'm happy to have my whole family go here. The new doctor is very understanding & fantastic with children. My kids are looking forward to their next appointment with Dr Furyal Moughal. One very happy mum thank you Access Health Wingham ?

The doctor my mother saw today was very hurtful, rude , disregarding to her concerns, making her highly unprofessional.
She said things to my mother that hurt her very deeply mu mother has been trying to get medical help with an ongoing issue that bothers her on a daily basis.
A few years ago I had an unfortunate incident with rthis same doctor it's pitiful.

I recommend Wingham access health to anyone that wants to be treated great and feel respected when going to see there GP since being there I have been treated with the most upright respect I can’t complain about one thing, the Staff are absolutely amazing same with my GP Dr Furyal moughal I couldn’t ask for a better GP she does everything in her power to help me so I can’t thank her enough that’s why I thought I would do this to show everyone how great she is. Thanks again for doing your best

Receptionests are so rude. Suffering from a sever iron deficiency they didn't even offer to book me in the days they had available? I've been regular at this clinic and so has my family. There's a much better place up the road, do not go here. They will legit decline your appointment for no reason and not even inform you either (i have photo evidence of decline in appointment and no reason given) The doctors who work there are typically lovely and easy to be around but the whole place from the receptionist giving you dirty looks (especially when you happened to go to school with them and they bullied you!) And are very judgemental. The waiting room has no children's toys that are clean and playable. Toilets are confined and there's only one. Cant even grab yourself a little cup of water for the wait. You need to ask the rude receptionist, who then will act like you're forcing them to hand you the water. Just all up don't go here. If i could give 0/5 I would.

Not very good doctors. They need to not over book so patients dont have to wait an hour over there booked appointment! I got no support or medical advice about menopause other then go take evening primrose! Thank god for the menopause centre in Sydney whom are properly educated in this field.

if i could give zero stars i would have. when i first went to this surgery i was pleased with the doctor i was seeing but over time when i had some genuine serious concerns for my health he wouldn't do the appropriate tests to ease my concern and pretty much ignored my repeated request to find out what was causing my pain and discomfort. will never go back there again or to any surgery that this dr may end up working at.
