I visited Absolute Health & Skin clinic. I have some skin concern like pigmentation and dark spots. Jo, the cosmetic therapist suggested treatment option according to mine skin type and she was expertise in her field, make me comfortable during complete procedure. In last she recommended me face serum and creams for home care.

Very pleased with the treatment I received there and their wide range of skin care services.
Dr. Jai was very informative and made my experience pleasant. I have done my botox by Dr Jai, I got good results😌
He is knowledgeable, calm, patience listening and giving the best treatment.

Disappointed in the level of service and professionalism, was called back for a second visit I didn't actually need (there was nothing noteworthy to discuss) and my concerns were ultimately dismissed. I'm sure other patients have had the complete opposite experience or maybe this is a one off, but very disappointed to say the least.

I have been a patient here for almost a decade and won't go anywhere else. The GPs are caring and actually listen, the Skin Specialists really take the time to ensure a thorough examination, and the admin staff are helpful and friendly, especially considering how busy the place can get. If you are looking for a tick and flick, give me a script and go kind of practice... this isn't it. If you are looking for a family GP centre who take the time to get to know their patients and ensure their health and well-being is catered for... then look no further. Yes, you may need to wait for appointments at times, but the wait is worth it. 🙂

Dr Anil Sunda, what a great skin cancer specialist. I had a cancer inside my ear lobe and he operated removed the cancer and did a skin graft, you cannot see the scar line around the graft. He´s the doctor to go to for your skin cancer treatment or checks. Highly recommend after my treatment.

I would like to inform prospective customers considering attending this practice that they should be prepared for the very worst in customer service! I made an appointment to see Dr Murray ten days prior and was given an 11:30 slot, then rang in at 08:30 to confirm the timing and was told he might run late and to attend at 11:45 which I did. He was still not available at 12:20 by which I had run out of both patience and time. At no point did anyone in the practice express any real concern or regret for my anguish as a very delayed customer, in fact they implied this was a common problem and I should just get over it. If you are a prospective skin care customer who values your own time and expects to receive any level of service this is not the place for you. This organisation offers zero customer service and by their own admission their appointment system is a joke, you will never be seen at the appointed time!
