I can't stand this awful practice. I came here after getting a referral from the g.p. and the behaviour from staff was disgusting and horrific. I even emailed the HHCC, healthcare complaints commission into investigating ? this matter, I hope they get disbarred and know how badly they acted towards me. If I half to I'll keep spreading the truth.

my therapist was sending letters to my parents and telling them what i had told my therapist. when i began going she told me she would only contact my parents if i was a danger to other or myself, instead she outed me in a letter that i found in their room. i confronted her about it and she would attempt to change the subject and then told me "keeping secrets isnt easy". do not book an appointment here if you value privacy and safety. outing someone can be dangerous, she did this knowing i would never tell them
