Karli is an amazing therapist. She met my child about mid-November of 2023. All I can say is wow. Her approach was filled with care and professionalism. I have never see. Someone discern the needs of my child within only a few sessions. She immediately delved into developing an action plan, and implemented with grace and ease. Her charm is pleasant and while remaining nurturing, you could tell her methods are well-calculated and methodical. It has been such a blessing finding Karli amid a system that treated my child as a number. We have come a long way, and now, I can honestly say, I can breath easier knowing that my baby is in her hands. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!!

Beware of Karli Coverdale. 3* as a provider, 1* for business practices = 2*s. As a provider, Ms. Coverdale was acceptable, yet rigid and inexperienced. As a business person, best case she is a disaster, worst case she is dishonest. She led me to believe my primary and secondary insurances would be accepted and met with my son after she had begun the process of removing my secondary insurance. I received notice via USPS after my son met with her multiple times. When I questioned her about this, instead of taking responsibility, she told me I needed to speak to her receptionist. Her receptionist told me the date they had requested to end their relationship with my secondary insurance, which was before she met with my son for the first time. Then, after several more appointments with my son, I again received notice via mail instead of in person, that they were discontinuing filing ANY insurance and I would have to file on my own. Then, to add insult to injury, I received notice that my secondary insurance had denied the claims and I would be responsible for copayments that they never actually filed for. It got even worse; it Over six months after discontinuing service, they “found” a credit card authorization (that was not signed) and billed my card. Karli never accepted any responsibility for misleading me and allowing my son to form a relationship with her knowing full well I was only seeing her because she accepted both of my insurances, instead using phrases like “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Seems like she may need some more therapy before providing it, especially for young children. My advice-she isn’t worth any out of pocket expense.
