First time using their service today and was very impressed. Received regular updates on the appointment and the consultation was excellent. Patricia was compassionate and very helpful and informative with her advice. She followed up by sending me useful information after the appointment. I’ll be using their service and can’t believe it’s bulk billed as it surpassed my experience with similar paid services.

Such a great way to receive medical advice and to be able to obtain scripts online, bulk billed. I cannot see my GP for a month, so this has been a life saver for me. Ana Matthews is the best! He is fabulous and I highly recommend him.

I had an infection in one of my ear piercings and couldn't get in to see a Dr for the antibiotics I needed. I thought I'd take a chance on this service as I wanted to start the antibiotics ASAP, it originally said Id be in a queue for up to like 5hrs but I got a call within about 20 mins. They took into account that I'm allergic to penicillin and sent me a script straight away. Within 40 minutes of going on the site I was able to start getting better so I would recommend anyone that needs help fast to use this service!!! Best of all it was bulk billed because money is tight I complete appreciate that

The first experience I had with Abby health was wonderful. I got in quickly and the doctor was amazing. I was telling everyone about this service. Since then my family have had very good experiences also. My appointment yesterday was therefore a disappointment. The 10 min appointment was over in 3 , this in itself would not have been a problem if I had felt heard by the doctor. He was not interested in my health just giving me a med cert and moving on. Would I use the service again...most definitely, I just would not choose this doctor.

App is easy to navigate and booked appointments for next morning. The appointments were right on time and within a minute of finishing I had the requested certificates for my children. Both doctors were nice and professional and easy to understand. Highly recommend. I've used them a few times now.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Abby Health. I was feeling really overwhelmed last night and booked a telehealth consult for the very next morning. The process was seamless — I was seen right away at 7am, and the whole experience was incredibly easy and stress-free.

A huge thank you to Charity, the nurse practitioner I spoke with. She was so kind, professional, and efficient. It was honestly one of the smoothest medical experiences I’ve ever had. I received the script I needed instantly during the call, and I left feeling genuinely supported and reassured.

This is such a fantastic service! I want more people to know about it as it is will be a huge help to many. Completely bulk-billed, same day Dr's appointments are almost unheard of in this day and age. Great for when you are just in need of a Dr's cert for a common ailment, a new script or need an appointmnet asap.

Very professional, caring medical practitioners. Fran was very knowledgeable about my condition and prescription requirement and very easy to deal with. Have used this service twice in the last month and will continue to use because it is excellent, easy to do from your home and it's bulk billed. No out of pocket expenses. My GP no longer bulk bills so I have saved money and also time in not having to go to a clinic and wait. Recommend very highly. Just try it, you won't be disappointed.
