Would be great if the phone ever got answered, not a single time I have ever been able to get through on the number provided, also not sure why the pre-recorded voicemail tells you to leave your information for a call back when its been 4 days and i still have yet to receive the call i was promised. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

When I got there there was no patients in the room and no one infront of me but I was still made to wait (maybe 10 minutes.)
Other than that the lady was very nice and friendly and didn't cause any bruising when she drew my blood.

The pathologist was supposed to return at 13.10 pm after lunch as per notice on the reception disk, however even at 01.45 no signs of the whereabouts of pathologist. Had to leave somewhere else to get the blood test done.
