The phlebotomist today 30/4/25 was hopeless. Gave me major bruises. Also tried to take bloody from apart of my arm where there was no vein. Then twice received personal phone calls on her watch, ignored the first but answered the second one while taking blood from me. Most unprofessional

Very professional and usually prompt service. 👍However, one of my visits when I arrived at 5:15 p.m. There was no one there and I was supposed to close at 6:00 and the poor people in front of me had been here since 5:00 p.m. waiting and there was no John to say why they had left and nobody seems to know anything and you couldn't contact anyone.. very frustrating and a big waste of my time. I had to close my shop early just to get there 🙄
