Couldn’t fault anything or any of the caring staff. I was made to feel very safe & comfortable during my stay. Would highly recommend it to those in need of a little help. Only negative I had was the hot water run out for a couple of days which obviously was not helped & quickly repaired. The food was great & kitchen staff very friendly.

I was discharged when I wasn’t ready by “Dr Tiyatiye” because of trying to avoid contact with a patient who was on drugs, instead he kept on preventing him of which he was becoming a danger to other patients and some of the nurses couldn’t help someone who was harming herself instead I had to help her the all night while the nurses where there and it’s their job and the so called “DR TIYATIYE” told me it’s not my job and I told him clearly I called the nurses but they couldn’t care instead they cared about the guy who was on drugs

For the price you pay to be here the level of care is appalling. This place is rife with illicit drugs, sexual harassment, incompetent nursing staff, patients being forgotten about, patients being given other people's medication by accident and just an overall terrible level of care. There are a few nurses who are absolutely awesome and really do make a difference but the level of care you receive overall is just embarrassing. As someone who has stayed here I'd highly recommend not wasting your time or money in this place as it will most likely make your problems worse than they were before. the joint is a cash cow and nothing more... Pathetic honestly

This facility is very new so there are some teething issues which are being rectified. But my personal experience has been extremely positive. All of the staff are not only friendly, but go above and beyond to attend to my needs. It will be interesting to see how it looks once 100% completed.

My psychiatrist was like a cold robot, he has no personal skills and doesn't listen when you talk to him. The staff are for the most part nice, but I had one staff member judging me for having a conversation with her and she was sneering at me because she knew the mental health problem I faced.

Learn to treat your patients like humans and get staff that understand and respect people with mental health problems and that are actually friendly.

You have a long way to go, kindness and understanding cost nothing for decent people.

My safe place is always this hospital. Best home cooking & excellent staff members. Doctors & nurses included.
I have been waiting for about 12 weeks for a response from Doctor Chapman regarding my referral, I've been a patient since 2010 under several different doctors & never waited for so long. I need treatment urgently.

I'm editing this review once again, when I get my questions answered then I will cease this topic. Please, can you give me the exact details for your decision addressed to me in writing a short time ago? I'm quite baffled. Can somebody please answer my question?
