Grateful for eventually being seen. Nurse and Doctor were fabulous and thorough. However, it’s with reluctance I have to say that the receptionist, Leanne (I think) was difficult and unhelpful. I found her dismissive attitude upsetting. It’s bad enough being in pain but to encounter her cheeky responses was horrible.
If I hadn’t asked questions about my options to get help I would not have had a urine sample sent away for testing for 3 days and waited possibly another 2 for results. During this 5 days my kidney infection would be damaging my already critical kidney function. I already knew I had an infection - (I test my own urine), I just needed to know the results of a test to ensure my antibiotics were the correct ones.
I don’t write reviews like this lightly but some training is most definitely in order.
Thank you to the other staff - they were wonderful.

I attended the practice to have a nurse remove stitches from my hand and head after an op to remove skin cancers.
The staff and nurse were very friendly.
