Although having the ability to access NDIS feels like a wonderful Australian privilege, navigating its intricacies and protracted processes can be daunting, stressful and incredibly time consuming. Aidan made all that pain go away. In addition to having a PhD in NDIS policies and processes, Aidan is gifted with endless compassion, empathy and patience coupled with fierce passion for ensuring people with disabilities are treated equitably and fairly. Grateful to Aidan Dalton for being an exceptional coordinator of supports not just for myself but also for my brother. I moved across from another organisation to streamline my line of communication for use of my own NDIS plan as well as my brothers. Aidan and his team have supported me throughout the process.

Thankful for Aidan passion and strong sense of justice it is shown by his outstanding ability in providing advocacy where I can not advocate not just for myself but for my Brother.

Making changes with Aidan and his team has been good. I’ve seen a great change of attitude with my brother when we found a Support worker that suited his needs. Huge thanks to Mikaela (sorry about spelling) they have demonstrated support that corresponds to my brothers needs. Mikaela, shows initiative and high emotional intelligence towards my brother to ensure he takes on daily self care tasks etc. I can’t not thank Aidan enough. If only there were more hours in the day or funding in my plan I’d have him be my entire formal and informal support. I am grateful to Aidan and trust him and his judgement to ensure that both myself and my brother receive the adequate assistance that we need. Thank you so much. 70000 stars. He works alongside all his allied health and his school to make sure everyone is working together to meet River’s needs and to support him at a high standard
