I’ve been attending Synergy Gundagai and been treated by Arizona, for the first time I’m feeling so much relief with regards to my headaches and migraines. She is so professional and her knowledge of exercises and treatment has astounded me, the best physiotherapist I’ve ever visited. Needed a little bit of fitness, so decided to join a Pilates class. Two terms later and still loving it! Awesome staff, great options for all ability levels, and an added bonus is that for some classes your little kids are welcome. This makes such a difference when you are a mum with little kids- to be able to do some fitness with them in tow just makes life that little bit easier! Thanks Synergy Healthworks!

Cant recommend Synergy high enough. I have been a client at Synergy healthworks for many years in Wagga and now so happy they have opened in Gundagai. The team are very professional, efficient and open to chat about any health / fitness goals and to maintain wellness for myself, my husband and my children. Through one on one consultations , pilates classes, womens health checks , pre and post natal care and sports injury care and prevention . The team can help !! 🙂
